We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers. Not to data brokers. Not to anyone. Not now, not later, not under a new owner or a new deal. That's not a setting that can be flipped — it's the ground this whole thing is built on.

Black women have every reason to be careful about who's collecting what and why. That caution isn't paranoia — it has names: Tuskegee. Henrietta Lacks. A history of being studied without being asked. So much of what's been built for you was actually built to study you, sell you, or profile you. SOFTER isn't that. What you tell Aria, what you log in your cycle, what you share with your circle — none of it is inventory. It's yours.
What actually happens with what you share
Your conversations with Aria
Used to generate her replies and remember you across conversations. Never sold, never used to build an ad profile, never shown to anyone without your say-so.
Your cycle data
Encrypted the moment it's saved. Never in analytics, never in a report, never sold — most companies get their whole business model from period data. We don't. Delete it anytime, one tap, gone for good.
Your circle
Matching only uses what you explicitly choose to share for that purpose. Nothing from your conversations with Aria is ever used to match you with anyone, ever, unless you put it there yourself.
Your payment info
Handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
The tools we use to run this
Like any real product, SOFTER runs on a few processors that do one job each — they don't get to keep or resell what passes through them. That's the line: a tool that helps us serve you is not the same as a company we sell you to.

- · ElevenLabs, only if you turn her voice on.
- · Stripe, only for billing.
None of them are permitted to use what passes through for their own purposes, and none of them are advertisers.
What we never do
